  • "What do I need to do before I arrive?"

    — Please arrive in comfortable clothing. If you have scheduled your appointment directly after a workout or at the end of your work day, please shower before arriving.

    Additionally, if you have any symptoms of a cold or another communicable disease, please reschedule your appointment out of consideration for other clientele. Our cancellation policy may apply.

  • "I'm pregnant. Can I still receive massage?"

    — Massage is a wonderful way to support your body as your baby grows! Most importantly, massage therapy is usually best scheduled after your 13th week of pregnancy, or during your second and third trimester. Our staff reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for appointments scheduled during a client’s first trimester of pregnancy, and also for health symptoms indicating a need for further medical attention at any point during their pregnancy. It is your responsibility as a client to ensure with your medical provider that massage therapy is appropriate for you.

  • “What is your cancellation policy?"

    — All appointments require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at booking to ensure your therapist’s availability. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled time, or the remaining 50% will be charged to your card on file.
